Pablo Graiver
Co-founder & CEO
Pablo has over 12 years of entrepreneurial and management experience in the online industry. He
was an early member of NetJuice, one of the largest Internet incubators in Europe; MD at
DondeComprar.com, the first e-commerce directory in Spanish; and later co-founder and VP
Strategy at Kelkoo, acquired by Yahoo! in 2004. Pablo set up and launched Kayak.com in Europe,
and most recently as served as European Sales Director at ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK). Pablo
studied Biology and Business Administration at UAM in Madrid.
Dr Jessica Mann
Co-founder & Chief Medical Officer
Jessica’s impressive 15+ year record in the pharmaceutical industry includes the development and
implementation of clinical programs for DIOVAN - a NOVARTIS compound which sold $5 billion in
2007 alone. She was also part of the management team that led the IPO of SPEEDEL in 2005. Prior
to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Jessica worked as a cardiologist and cardiovascular
pathologist at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. She then held a lecturer position
at St Georges Hospital Medical School in London, where she completed her PhD and wrote a
textbook on cardiovascular pathology.
Dr Eithan Ephrati
Co-founder & COO
Eithan has 25 years of experience as entrepreneur, manager, investor and mentor of technology
companies. He founded several companies, including AgentSoft, acquired by Alcatel (NYSE: ALA);
and TradingDynamics, acquired by Ariba (NASDAQ: ARBA) before serving as an EIR at Benchmark
Capital. Eithan was VP M&A at Ariba, were he set technical direction and supervised mergers and
acquisitions. Prior to this, he was responsible for Internet Strategies and IP Billing at Amdocs Inc
(NYSE: DOX). Eithan has been a non-executive board member of several internet related
companies, and is a limited partner with a few venture capital funds. Eithan holds a PhD, Msc and
Bsc degrees in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is the author of
over 30 scientific publications on artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems and game theory.
Nimrod Steinbock
Chief Architect
Nimrod has 25 years of experience programming computers, and 15 years of experience designing and building large scale web applications. He has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (pending) in Information Systems Engineering from the Ben Gurion university in Israel. He was founder and CTO of several Internet startups such as ActiveNames, Mazool, and HooQs. Nimrod has a deep interest in healing and helping people find a cure for their ailments. As such, Nimrod is is also a yoga teacher and a thai-yoga therapist.
Frank LaSaracina
Regional Manager, North America
Frank LaSaracina is founder of SouthPoint Associates LLC, a consultancy focused on bio-pharma companies, which assists clients with their business development, expansion, and financing needs. Prior to founding SouthPoint Associates LLC, Mr. LaSaracina was Managing Director of Speedel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Before that, during a twenty-year stint Ciba/Novartis he gained extensive international experience in business development and licensing, strategic planning, and corporate development. Frank is past trustee of the Oradell Board of Education as well as Newark Beth Israel Hospital, and from 2004 through 2008 served as Treasurer of the Biotechnology Council of New Jersey.
